PokeSlayerz (“PokeSlayerz,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides a mobile application that delivers retailer alerts, drop intelligence, local restock information, notification controls, and membership access connected to Discord.
Information We Collect
Discord account information
When you choose Continue with Discord, Discord may provide us with information necessary to authenticate your account, such as your Discord user ID, username, and server role or membership status. We use this information to sign you in and determine which app features you can access.
Authentication and account data
The app stores an authentication token and a limited account profile securely on your device. This information is used to keep you signed in. You may remove it by signing out or deleting the app.
Push notification data
When you enable notifications, the app receives a device push token. We send that token, the device platform, and your selected notification preferences to our server so we can deliver the alerts you request.
App preferences and activity
We may process your selected retailer channels, notification settings, read/unread status, and interactions needed to operate the app and improve reliability.
Technical information
Our hosting, security, and service providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, request timestamps, device type, operating system, crash information, and server logs, for security, fraud prevention, troubleshooting, and service operation.
How We Use Information
We use information to:
- authenticate users and maintain sessions;
- verify Discord membership and Premium eligibility;
- deliver retailer alerts and drop intelligence;
- save notification preferences;
- operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app;
- prevent abuse and protect our users and services;
- comply with legal obligations.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We may share or process information with service providers that help us operate the app, including:
- Discord, for account authentication and membership verification;
- Expo and Apple Push Notification service, for push notification delivery;
- cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, for application hosting, storage, security, and logs;
- professional advisers or authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights and safety.
These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.
Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Device authentication data remains on your device until you sign out, clear app data, or delete the app. Server-side device tokens and preferences may be retained until they are removed, become invalid, or are no longer needed.
Your Choices
You can:
- decline or disable push notifications in iOS Settings;
- change retailer notification preferences inside the app;
- sign out to remove locally stored authentication information;
- revoke PokeSlayerz access from your Discord account settings;
- request access, correction, or deletion by contacting us through the PokeSlayerz website.
Children’s Privacy
PokeSlayerz is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where a higher minimum age applies under local law or a third-party service’s terms, that higher age applies.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including secure device storage for authentication information and encrypted network connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Third-Party Links
Alerts may contain links to retailer or third-party websites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
International Processing
Information may be processed in the United States and other locations where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data protection laws than your location.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the app, our practices, or legal requirements. We will update the effective date when changes are made.
